Such was the scene when Chris Floyd met chef & restaurateur Yotam Ottolenghi in his north London test kitchen to capture this stunning series of portraits in black and white and colour for P Magazine / FD Persoonlijk. Yotam has recently opened his first restaurant in Amsterdam - the Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, where vegetables take centre stage in a sumptuous medley of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours.
