Liz Seabrook is a London-based portrait, food, and lifestyle photographer.

She is known for her warm, engaging storytelling and human-centric approach. Working primarily with natural light, Liz creates imagery that is authentic, intimate and emotionally rich, inviting viewers into the stories she captures with a sense of care and curiosity.

She is a female photographer specialising in storytelling with a focus on food and lifestyle photography and portraiture for a wide range of commercial, editorial and publishing clients. 

    Liz’s work is rooted in collaboration and sensitivity for the sitter and environment. From documenting the quiet focus of a chef’s process to the celebratory atmosphere of a shared meal, or the quiet dignity of a reindeer herder in Arctic Norway, her photography reflects a deep respect for people and place.

    Her portfolio includes commissions for leading global brands such as Apple, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, Brompton, Eurostar, Finisterre, Patagonia, Rapha, Reebok and Yogi Bare. She is a regular contributor to editorial titles like The Guardian, The Telegraph, Fare and Ocado Magazine.

    In 2024, Liz was commissioned for  a landmark rebrand campaign for Great Ormond Street Hospital, celebrating the courage of patients and families alongside the commitment of staff. The resulting visuals featured widely across the UK in a major out-of-home campaign.

    Her passion for people, culture, and place is evident in North Norway: Seasons of Sun and Snow a four-year collaboration with the Norwegian Tourism Board, offering a soulful, loving portrait of life above the Arctic Circle. 

    Liz’s other publications include The Female Chef (Hoxton Mini Press), which earned the Fortnum & Mason Debut Food Book Award. Most recently, she was commissioned by Penguin Books to photograph Sama Sama: Comfort Food from My Malaysian-Scottish Kitchen (Ebury) by Julie Lin, as well as The Balkan Kitchen (Hardie Grant) by Irina Janakievska.
